Saturday February 21, 2026
11:30am - 2:30pm
Kind Yoga Studio, Nanaimo
If you’re living with ongoing back pain and feel unsure what’s actually safe anymore, this workshop is for you.
Many people with chronic low back pain are told their scans look “normal,” yet the pain keeps showing up. Others are given exercises, stretches, or advice to push through, but feel stuck, guarded, or confused about their body.
This workshop offers a different way of understanding pain, grounded in neuroscience and nervous system safety, not force or fixing.
